Edward moved a short distance to 374 South 10th Street. He lived there with his elder father August and his two youngest children, Otilda and Edward. We find this information in the upper census. In the lower censes we find that the oldest child, Augusta, was working as a live-in servant with the Kern family. They were residing on South 16th Street in Newark, Essex County, New Jersey, United States of America.
