Member of the Illinois DAR for 50 years. In their 2009 newsletter, it says she is Mrs. James Allen. Chicago Tribune: May 05, 2009 Frances Allen,of Delray Beach, FL, passed away on May 1, 2009. Frances was born to Doctor Dwight and Grace Orcutt in Glencoe, IL, on August 16, 1918. She attended New Trier High School and Northwestern University where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She lived in Illinois until moving to Florida in 1976.
