Percy R. Werthwein, 58 years old, passed away on Monday April 11, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Jane Werthwein. His three children, Shannon Phoftne Werthwein, Adaline Werthwein , and Brandy Smart. His sisters, Judy Nimitz, Rita Carlson, Kay Irving, Sue Olson, Valerie Ruth, Ginny Werthwein, and Renee Niederman. His brother, Norman Werthwein, and many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins. His large family would like to remember the fun times we had with him. We are grateful for all of his good friends, the tender loving care he received from the staff at Franciscan Skemp, Hospice, Lakeview Health Center, his doctors Karen Cowan and Katie Fassbinder, and everyone at the Family and Children's Center. A special thanks to Marc Snodgrass for all his help. A Memorial Service will be held at the residence of Gary and Sue Olson, 14987 Vance Rd., Soldiers Grove, WI., on Saturday June 18th at 1 P.M.
