CLAYTON, N.M. - Marjorie E. Toepper, 98, died Thursday, March 16, 2006. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kevin Phillips, pastor, and the Rev. Billy Rammage, pastor of First Baptist Church of Clayton, officiating. Burial will follow in Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors. Mrs. Toepper was born Nov. 1, 1907, near Amistad to Alexander and Mary Scott Brosier. One aspect of Marjorie's life that she considered essential was her faithful association with First United Methodist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Ann Moriarty of Albuquerque and Margie Bowen of Stilwell, Kan.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
