Robert "Peachy" Grover, 78, of Bristow, Va., died Thursday morning, Dec. 12, 2013, at Prince William Hospital, Manassas, Va. Born in Highland Park, N.J., Robert resided in New Brunswick, N.J., and North Brunswick, N.J., until moving to Bristow, Va. Prior to his retirement, Robert worked with the City of New Brunswick Public Works Department for 23 years. He was a Korean War veteran and the loving father of three children. He was predeceased by his wife, Bernice Grover, and is survived by his children, Robert J. Grover and his wife, Barbara, of Jamesburg, N.J.; Deborah Whittaker and her husband, John, of Bristow, and Richard B. Grover and his wife, Nancy, of North Brunswick; and his three grandchildren, Riley Sage, Richard Aidan and Robert Patrick. Cremation and services are private.
